1 lblean ground beef
200gsweet onion
150gcarrots
shredded
3gminced ginger
60mlchicken broth
500gcabbage
shredded
28greduced sodium soy sauce
7grice vinegar
4gtoasted sesame oil
4 stalksgreen onion
2 Blocksramen noodles
Bang Bang Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan, cook beef. When browned, add diced onion until it starts to soften.
Step 2
Add shredded carrots, garlic, ginger, and chicken broth. Sauté for a minute or two.
Step 3
Add cabbage and cook, covered, until it softens. Sauté until it starts to char.
Step 4
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Add salt and Black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add your two blocks of cooked ramen. Mix together.
Step 6
Add green onion.
Step 7
Blend Greek Yogurt, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth. Use about 1/4 to top recipe.
