Instructions
Step 1
To your casserole dish/slowcooker add 3 x chicken breasts, 100g cooked chorizo, 2 tbsp pesto I used sundried tomato, handful of sundried tomatoes, 5 minced garlic cloves, 150ml of chicken stock, tsp basil ๐
Step 2
2. Cook on 200 in oven for 35 minutes or on high for 2.5 hours in slow cooker then add 350g dry penne pasta with 500ml of chicken stock. Cook again on high for 15mins in oven or 45 in slow cooker.
Step 3
Stir in 250ml of double cream & spinach and stir for a few minutes
Step 4
