Step 1
Add water and yeast together. Add honey. Add all other ingredients and blend with dough hook for 5-7 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour and double in size. Kneed slightly using vital wheat gluten to prevent sticking. Shape into loaf pan use rise for at another 1/2 hour or more. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
