Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes into small pieces. (将洋葱、洋白菜、胡萝卜和土豆切成小块。)
Step 2
In an instant pot, add chopped onions at the bottom and corn beef on top. Add allspice, mustard seeds, brown sugar, bay leafs, black pepper, a tin of stout beer and chicken stock to the instant pot. Let contents in pot to be cooked in high pressure for 90 minutes (在压力锅底部加入洋葱,将牛肉放在上面。加入甜胡椒、芥菜籽、黑糖、香叶、黑胡椒、一罐黑啤和鸡汤。在高压下烹煮90分钟。)
Step 3
After 90 minutes high pressure cooking, vent and release pressure of instant pot. Remove corn beef and onion from the pot. Remove a cup of soup, and add potatoes to the bottom, carrots in the middle, and cabbage to the top. Let contents to cook in high pressure for 8 minutes. Step 4
