Ingredients

1.5 lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into bite-size pieces
4 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
1 inchginger
piece, freshly grated
¼ cupall purpose flour
2 clovesgarlic
grated
0.5orange
zest and juice
2 Tbsphoney
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil
2 Tbspevoo
2green onions
chopped - plus more for serving
white rice
steamed, or brown, for serving
2 Tbspsesame seeds

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, 2 tbsp of the soy sauce, and the flour. Toss, making sure the flour has evenly coated the chicken
2. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, whisk together the remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce, ginger, garlic, orange zest, orange juice, honey, hoisin, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and toasted sesame oil.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil shimmers, add the chicken in an even layer and cook, stirring until browned all over, about 5 min. 4. Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook until the sauce thickens and chicken is coated, 5 to 10 min.
5. Serve the chicken over rice and top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds
