Step 1
Brown kielbasa in pan and remove when golden in color
Step 2
In the same pan, add diced onion, garlic, and peppers. Season with salt.

When softened, add paprika, red pepper flakes and tomato paste
Step 4
Cook until tomato paste darkens in color and begins to stick to the pan
Step 5
Deglaze with beer. Then add farro, chicken stock, and bay leaves.
Step 6
Add cooked kielbasa to the pan, then cook down until farro is tender.
Step 7
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
