Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Start boiling a large pot of water & a med pot for rice.
Step 2
Cut circle around top of peppers and remove tops, seeds, and membrane.
Step 3
Cook beef and onion
Step 4
Start rice & Boil peppers for 5-7 min. Then add salt, garlic salt, rice, tomato sauce, & ⅓ cup cheese to the beef. Cook until hot.
Step 5
Spoon into peppers, add cheese, & cover with foil. Bake 45 mins. Uncover and bake until cheese is browned
