Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter. Add the chopped garlic and onion. Cook on medium heat for about 3 mins or until onion is soft and translucent.
Step 3
Add the cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 mins.
Step 4
Add the parmesan and stir until well incorporated (on medium heat so that the cheese does not clump). Then stir in the cooked pasta.
Step 5
It's ready! Top with more parmesan if desired. Bon appétit !
