It’s a like a grasshopper milkshake but way better for you. Packed with dense nutrition and lots of flavor. This dairy free smoothie is deceivingly creamy thanks to the avocado. It has a perfect balance of mouth cooling mint and rich raw cacao. This smoothie is great way to supercharge your morning with sneaky greens, or as an evening snack when you’re looking to satisfy that sweet tooth.

Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender
Step 2
Fill with water or liquid of your choice to just below the top of the ingredients (don’t cover or smoothie will be runny)
Step 3
Add a few ice cubes to make it colder and blend

To Make-Ahead (Recommended Option)

Step 4
Get a Ziplock sandwich bag and starting with spinach or greens on the bottom, fill the bag with avocado, banana, Navitas cacao nibs, and frozen cauliflower. Seal the bag and put in the freezer until you’re ready to make it
Step 5
Dump frozen bag into a blender and add peppermint extract, Truvia (or preferred sweetener) and any desired optional ingredients
Step 6
Fill with water or liquid of your choice to just below the top of the ingredients (don’t cover or smoothie will be runny) and blend. No ice is required since ingredients were previously frozen
