Tropical Mermaid Smoothie & Chia Seed Parfait

A delicious vegan breakfast that's inspired by the ocean! The best of both worlds, chia seed pudding and a thick smoothie. SO yummy and a great way to get digestion moving!

Instructions

Step 1
Add frozen banana, mango and pineapple to blender and blend until smooth
Step 2
Then add 1/2 tsp blue spirulina and blend a few seconds just to combine a little to still see some blue streaks!
Step 3
Place chia pudding layer in a cup and top with smoothie and shredded coconut and enjoy!
