Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2
Pluck bite size florets from the half head of cauliflower. Trim florets as necessary.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet and drizzle/spray with olive oil.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat soy sauce, brown sugar and honey. Reduce heat and cook until viscous.
Step 6
Remove florets from the oven and toss with teriyaki sauce.
Step 7
Return florets to same baking sheet and bake for additional 10 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
Step 8
Slide florets into a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
