Step 1
In a large pot, add smoked meat and cover with water and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.

• Cut off the ends of the rutabaga and remove the skin.

• Cut the rutabaga into chunks
Step 4
• Once the meat is tender, add the rutabaga and cook on low to medium Until the rutabaga is fork tender•
Step 5
• Drain the liquid and mash the rutabagas. Add chopped meat into the rutabagas.
Step 6
• Serve and enjoy!
