Instructions
Step 1
Using oil, fry the diced onion until transluent

Drain the tofu and add to the pan by crumbling it - it should be about the size of scrambled egg pieces.
Step 3
add the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly while cooking for two minutes
Step 4
Cook on medium heat for another five minutes, don't stir.
Step 5
Add spinnach, stir and cook until the spinach is cooked.
Step 6
Serve with Ketchup
