Instructions
Step 1
Cook rice according to package directions, set aside.
Step 2
Sauté shrimp & kielbasa in nonstick skillet until shrimp is cooked through, set aside.
Step 3
In same skillet, sauté veggies with seasoning of your choice and a spray of olive oil until tender crisp.
Step 4
Add prepared cauliflower rice, shrimp and kielbasa to skillet and mix well.
Step 5
Add alfredo sauce, turn heat to low & simmer until heated through.
