Step 1
Chop garlic and onion finely. In a pot with the olive oil on medium heat, add the garlic and onion and cook for 6-7 minutes (until almost browning)
Step 2
Add the paprika and chilli flakes to the pot. Mix well and add the white vinegar. Mix some more and add the flour. After mixing once more, the flour smell should dissipate after a few minutes of cooking.
Step 3
Add the broth to the pot and mix for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer everything to a blender and blend thoroughly. Add some more broth if the consistency is too thick and pour over your potatoes!
