100gfillet steak

1potato
big, russet or maris piper
20gquark with herbs
40% fat

100ggreen beans

10gcoconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 180°C or 360°F, remove steak from fridge
Step 2
wash green beans, set aside
Step 3
wash potato, cut lengthwise half through the potato, apply some oil and season. wrap in tin foil
Step 4
place potato in oven for about 40mins
Step 5
after 35mins heat a pan with oil until smoking hot, apply salt (no pepper yet!) and sear steak for 1min from each side
Step 6
remove potato from oven, drop temperature to 120°C / 240°F
Step 7
add steak to oven until your desired doneness, apply freshly ground pepper after removing from oven
Step 8
heat pan to medium high, add some oil and sear beans while stirring.
Step 9
steam with a splash of water and put lid on. turn off heat.
Step 10
top potato with quark and serve
