Chocolate
1can coconut cream
¼ cupcacao powder
½ cupcoconut sugar
salt
1 Tbsptapioca starch
3 Tbspwater

Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the entire can of coconut cream, cacao and coconut sugar. Mix.
Step 2
Cook over medium heat stirring until the milk reduces and thickens, about 20min or more.
Step 3
When the brigadeiro starts to thicken, lower the heat, add the tapioca starch dissolved in water, and stir until the brigadeiro comes up from the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate and let it cool in the fridge to set.
Step 5
Roll the brigadeiros in your hands using a bit of coconut oil to prevent sticking. Roll them into cacao nibs, shredded coconut or whatever you would like! No rules here! Have fun and enjoy it!!
