Ingredients
3 servings
Simmer Sauce
2 Tbspsoy sauce
½ tsprice vinegar
½ tspchili garlic paste
1 Tbspdynamite sauce
optional
1 tspmaple syrup
water
1 tspgrape seed oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice and press the liquid out of the tofu
Step 2
Toss tofu slices in cornstarch, salt, pepper and paprika
Step 3
Heat a cast iron to a medium heat
Step 4
Add oil to the pan
Step 5
Add the tofu to the cast iron and pan fry on one side until golden and crispy (should take 5-7 minutes) then flip and pan fry the other side
Step 6
Once crispy, turn the head off and add the simmer sauce
Step 7
Toss the tofu in the sauce until nice and coated
Step 8
Serve immediately!
