Instructions
Step 1
In a medium pot, add carrot and potato and
add water until it just covers them. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse until cold water for a minute until vegetables are cool.
Step 2
In a blender, combine all cheese sauce
ingredients and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add to your favourite type of pasta or use as a dip and enjoy!
