Instructions

Step 1
Cook sugar snap peas in salted boiling water, covered 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and plunge into ice water. Drain.
Step 2
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add peas and sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.
