Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peal apples. Toss with a squeeze of lemon.
Step 3
In your Kitchen Aid 13 cup Food Processor, attach the Chop Disc & chop your apples.
Step 4
In a frypan, place the 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, water & apples over medium heat. Cook apples until just soft.
Step 5
Transfer to a pie dish.
Step 6
Combine all remaining ingredients, except the oats in Food Processor and mix using multipurpose blade.
Step 7
Remove the blade and add the oats.
Step 8
Scatter the topping mixture over the cooked apples.
Step 9
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 min or until golden. Dust with icing sugar.
Step 10
Serve crumble in bowls with cream or ice-cream.
