Instructions

Step 1
Boil water and cook the pasta, al dente is best (reserve ½ cup pasta water)

Heat olive oil in deep pan

Sprinkle salt, pepper and the dried herb all over the chicken slices

Saute the chicken until cooked and the edges begin to brown

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside

Add the sundried tomatoes and the oil that they were in to the pan

Add the onions and sauté until they are almost transparent

Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 3-5 minutes

Add the chicken back into the pan

Add the wine and scrape the bits from the bottom of the pan

Add the cream, salt and bring to a simmer (be careful not to let it boil)

Simmer for about 3-5 minutes, until sauce is a bit thick

Add the pasta and grated parmesan cheese (if sauce is too think, add the pasta water
