Instructions

Step 1
 Boil water and cook the pasta, al dente is best (reserve ½ cup pasta water

just in case you need it for the sauce)
Step 3
 Heat olive oil in deep pan
Step 4
 Sprinkle salt, pepper and the dried herb all over the chicken slices
Step 5
 Saute the chicken until cooked and the edges begin to brown
Step 6
 Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside
Step 7
 Add the sundried tomatoes and the oil that they were in to the pan
Step 8
 Add the onions and sauté until they are almost transparent
Step 9
 Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 3-5 minutes
Step 10
 Add the chicken back into the pan
Step 11
 Add the wine and scrape the bits from the bottom of the pan
Step 12
 Add the cream, salt and bring to a simmer (be careful not to let it boil)
Step 13
 Simmer for about 3-5 minutes, until sauce is a bit thick
Step 14
 Add the pasta and grated parmesan cheese (if sauce is too think, add the
Step 15
pasta water)
Step 16
 Garnish with fresh parsley, if you have it
