We wonder how many times we have leftover potatoes or mashed potatoes from celebrations, parties or family dinners. We came up with this recipe as it’s so easy to make ,quick and so delicious !

Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour,yoghurt ,salt and form the dough
Step 2
- Divide the dough in 4 or 6 small dough balls and roll them to form a round thin layer .
Step 3
- Mix together mashed potatoes,herbs ,cheese, s.d tomato,seeds and add 2 tbsp on top of the rolled dough.
Step 4
- Close the dough , some water would help sealing the middle.
Step 5
- Cook on a non stick pan until nice and gold .
Step 6
- Serve with fresh herbs or some dips.
