Creator's Feedback: As you are aware, sometimes it can be really time consuming and annoying to have to remember and buy all ingredients used in a recipe, especially a complicated one. So I decide to experiment this recipe to see how it would turn out without having to buy many ingredients. Hence, the only 3 ingredients filling- Johnsonville sausage, cabbage and egg.
Ok....So the egg roll filings was a bit drier than I like, but the overall taste is still good. If you feel lazy about seasoning the fillings, this recipe might be a good try.

Step 1
Prepare and slice cabbage thinly, set aside. Remove ground Johnsonville mild marinated sausage meat from package, set aside.
Step 2
In a big bowl, mix Johnsonville marinated mild Italian sausage with thinly sliced cabbage and egg white (save egg yolk in a bowl for later), Mix well until fully combined and becomes pasty.
Step 3
Remove egg roll wrapper from the package and lay flat on a chopping board/counter. Fold one corner of the wrapper inward, apply with a bit of egg yolk, further add a small amount (roughly 1.5tbs) of egg roll stuffing on that side, arrange the stuffing into a rectangular shape, Fold both left and right sides towards the center, start rolling the egg roll towards the other side. Dap some more egg yolk at the other end, continue to roll up until egg roll is fully sealed and closed. Repeat this motion with the rest of egg rolls.
Step 4
Heat up cooking oil in a big sauce pan, when temperature is right (use a chopstick to see if it starts to bubble), turn the heat down to medium heat. Then throw in egg rolls to deep fry for 5-7 minutes (flip during this process) until golden brown. Remove the egg rolls from oil to drain. You may need to heat up oil again to cook the next batch, repeat the same process. Serve with or without a dipping sauce.
