Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°. Place chicken in a large greased baking pan along with red potatoes cut into fours.
Step 2
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper over chicken and potatoes
Step 3
Pour wine or water into bottom of pan.
Step 4
Whisk together oil, honey, mustard, garlic, 1 lemon and paprika. Pour half the sauce over chicken and potatoes
Step 5
Thinly slice 1 lemon; place over chicken.
Step 6
Use the half reserved bowl to marinate veggies in while chicken and potatoes bake.
Step 7
After 25 minutes of chicken and potatoes baking, either add veggies to pan if large enough or place into separate baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from oven. When serving, spoon sauce in pan over the veggies, potatoes and chicken for extra saucy flavor.
