Marinade for Chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Steam chicken for 20 minutes. Remove from steamer and rub chicken with sesame oil while it is still hot. Remove bone and cut chicken into slices.
Step 2
Put oil and sesame oil in pan, lightly brown the shallot. Off fire, add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
