Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl stir together all the ingredients.
Step 2
Heat a small amount of canola oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1⁄4 cup of batter into the pan and cook until the bottom of the pancake is browned or bubbles form on the top, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and continue cooking until the other side is browned, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Repeat until all the batter has been used.
