Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut into slices, around 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Add the butter, sugar, cinnamon and water to a saucepan and mix together on a low heat to prevent it from burning until the butter has melted.
Step 3
Add the apple slices and cook on medium heat for around 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Beat the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and flour together in a mixing bowl until the batter is smooth.
Step 5
Add some vegetable oil to a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Then, using a large spoon, add some of the batter to the pan until it is thick enough to cover the surface of it, moving the pan around to make sure it is spread evenly.
Step 6
Using a spatula, lift the edges of the pancake and gradually work your way under it so you are able to flip it once it is cooked on one side.
Step 7
Once fully cooked, put on a plate and repeat the process. The number of pancakes depends on the size of your frying pan, but I find the recipe usually has enough for around 6.
Step 8
Add the stewed apples and cream to your pancakes and enjoy!
