Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and shallots and cook in olive oil until fragrant. Then add the diced chicken and the tomato paste. Cook on medium/high heat for about 8mins.
Step 3
Add the spices, cream, spinach and cherry tomatoes (cut in half). Cook until the spinach has melted.
Step 4
Add the pasta and mozzarella and stir off the heat so that the mozzarella does not clump.
Step 5
It’s ready. You can add salt and pepper to taste and top with basil. Bon appétit !
