In a slow cooker, cook full pot of tomatoes down for 2 hrs on HIGH setting. Blend tomatoes using a stick blender. Add all seasoning and spices and blend again. Continue cooking on LOW with the lid slightly ajar. Continue cooking until the water evaporates and the sauce thickens.
