Easter Sweet Bread recipe without milk and with ghee instead of butter. Works for people with mild lactose or milk protein intolerance.

Instructions
Step 1
In part of water add a little sugar and yeast and let it rise.
Step 2
Mix the yeast with the rest of the ingrediences (exept almonds) and prepare the dough. Let it rise until it will double the amount.
Step 3
Work the dough again by folding it. Make two loafs and let them rise again for aproximatelly 40 minutes.
Step 4
Warm the owen to 200°C.
Step 5
You can smear them with egg whites and put some almonds on top.
Step 6
Bake 10 minutes at temperature 200°C and then next 20 minutes at temperature 180°C.

If you have a home breadmaker, you can use it to prepare the dough. It will cover the step 2.
