Step 1
Bring pot of water to a boil. Cut an X in the top of each tomato and drop into boiling water for 15 seconds.
Step 2
Remove tomatoes from water, peel skin and seed the tomatoes.

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Serve chilled.
