Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan, add the frozen peas and cover with water

Add the chicken cube and bring it to boil, cook for 15 min
Step 3
Keep a few peas aside for garnish, blend the rest
Step 4
dice the mozzarella and add it to the peas, blend it up
Step 5
Sieve the mix in order to get a smooth texture
Step 6
add black pepper and serve

Additionally, fry some pancetta and sprinkle over (optional)
