Instructions
Step 1
Cut onion, celery, and potato into cubes. Set them aside.
Step 2
Heat a large pot over medium heat, add butter. Add onion, celery, potato, garlic, thyme, and saute until softened. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sprinkle flour into the vegetable, and coat them with flour.
Step 4
Add chicken broth. Bring to simmer.
Step 5
Add half and half. Add clams and the juice, octopus, shrimps, and bring to simmer, stirring consistently.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, often stirring for about 20 minutes. Taste, and add more salt if you desire.
