1 headcauliflower
Cut into small florets

1 headbroccoli
Cut into small florets

250gbacon

250gcranberries

125gpecan nuts
shelled

1 cupcorn

125gcheddar cheese
cut up in 1cm blocks
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Fry bacon and cut into 1cm pieces. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Mix all salad ingredients into a bowl, including cooled bacon.
Step 3
Mix all salad sauce ingredients in a separate bowl until sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Pour sauce over salad and mix well.
Step 5
Place salad in fridge and stir several times per day. Use salad from day 2.
