Instructions
Step 1
Half potatoes with skin on. Boil until almost soft. Cut into chips, olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Airfryer 190 deg 15 min. Boil peas until tender. Add lemon juice, salt,pepper, 2 tbsp mayo and dried mint. Roughly mash. Cut fish into small chunks. Mix lemon juice and mayo in one bowl and breadcrumbs, salt, pepper in another. Dip in mayo and then breadcrumbs. Into hot pan with a splash of olive oil.
