Step 1
Cut roast in half
Step 2
Rub each half with salt and pepper

Place in slow cooker
Step 4
Pour broth over the meat

Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours, or until the roast is fork tender.

Remove the roast and place on a cutting board
Step 7
Pull the meat off the bone and shred using 2 forks.

Add BBQ sauce to taste

Serve on large buns.
Step 10
For traditional pulled pork, serve with a dollop of cole slaw on top!
