Step 1
Prepare pesto
Step 2
Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain, reserving 1/4 of liquid then set aside
Step 3
Return pasta to a large pan or pot over low to medium heat. Add reserved liquid, cream, pesto, spring onions thinly sliced, chicken, cherry tomatoe, broccoli and baby spinach. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Cook stirring for a further 3 - 5 minutes until heated through and broccoli is tender.
Step 5
Divide between 4 bowls and top with extra pecorino to serve.
