Step 1
Bring pan of water to boil add pasta cook as per instructions. I use gluten free. Preheat oven 180

Blend tomatoes with red pepper put aside

Make chicken stock put aside
Step 4
Fry diced chicken with a little salt and diced onion until browned, add to large baking tray
Baking sheet
Knife
Step 5
Drain cooked pasta add to tray with chicken, chicken stock and blended tomato’s, mix well.
Colander
Step 6
Add salt, pepper to taste
Step 7
Sprinkle with herbs optional
Step 8
Bake in centre of oven for 30 -45 minutes
