Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and then dredge in flour.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet, and cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate.
Step 3
Add stock and lemon juice, cook until slightly thickened. Remove skillet from heat, add parsley and small pad of butter (optional). Pour sauce over chicken.
