Balsamic Chicken Thighs

Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large frying pan. Preheat.
Step 2
Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper. Add to frying pan and brown well on all sides.
Step 3
Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook approximately 25 minutes or until thighs are done depending on size.
Step 4
Add shallots, cook 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 5
Stir in balsamic vinegar, cook for about 1 more minute. Coat chicken thoroughly. Spoon sauce over thighs and serve.
