Instructions
Step 1
Turn broiler to high, place bacon on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil bacon for 5 minutes, flip, broil for an additional 5 minutes, set aside to cool.
Step 2
While bacon is cooking toast sweet potato segment in a toaster, three times.
Step 3
Plate sweet potato, mash diced avocado on top.
Step 4
Top with bacon.
