Instructions

Step 1
So with this we get everything cooked before we put it in the pie
Step 2
1. Turn oven on to 180 2. Place your sausages and bacon on a tray and get in the oven for 30 minutes (I lay my bacon on a separate tray flat then place another tray on top before putting in the oven to stop the bacon curling)
Step 3
3. Get your hash browns going in the deep fat frier
Step 4
4. Heat up 2 cans of baked beans
Step 5
5. While this is happening…. Take out one roll of pastry and line your dish with it
Step 6
6. So now after 30mins our sausages, bacon, hash browns and beans are ready to fill the pie
Step 7
7. I slice all the sausages length ways and place in the bottom of the pie
Step 8
8. I then pour 2 cans of beans evenly over top of the sausages
Step 9
9. Next try and fit all 12 hash browns in on one layer (any gaps I filled with any leftover sausages)
Step 10
10. Last bit of filling is to evenly layer all the bacon on top of the hash browns
Step 11
11. Take out the other roll of pastry and roll across the top to seal the top of the pie (drawer a pattern or write a name on the top if you want to)
Step 12
12. Get in the oven at 180 for 25mins….. after 10mins take back out and crack your eggs on top of the pie and place back in the oven for the remaining 15minutes
Step 13
13. Take out of the oven and ENJOY
