Green muffins

Green whole meal muffins with banana, spinach, maple syrup. Add blueberries for extra yum!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C and take out 2x 12 mini muffin tins
Step 2
Blend together the spinach and milk in a blender and pour into a large bowl
Step 3
Add to bowl the mashed banana, maple syrup, whisked egg and melted butter, and stir together just until combined
Step 4
Add the oats, flour, chia seeds, blueberries and baking powder, and gently mixed together again just until combined
Step 5
Scoop into the muffin tins
Step 6
Bake for approximately 15-20minutes
