Take these beautiful sirloin steaks and bathe them in this sweet-n-tangy marinade for a few hours. You'll have your neighbors talking for WEEKS when they hear how hard you're gonna be sizzling with this one. Don't forget to make some tasty guac and chips to accompany. Instructions

Step 1
Marinade: Combine soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, brown sugar, and the rest of the dry spices into a medium-sized bowl and whisk together until ingredients are combined. Place the sirloin steaks in a dish and pour the marinade over the top. Cover and let marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 12 hours.
Step 2
Make the Fajitas: Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add peppers and onion and sauté until bright and fragrant, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
Finally, heat a cast iron skillat until scorching hot, place peppers back in and top with sliced steak. Drizzle oil over the meat and vegetables then drizzle water into the skillet to make it sizzle like you're in your favorite Mexican restaurant! Remove the cast iron from heat and take it to the table. Serve and enjoy immediately!
