¼ cuprice vinegar

2 Tbsptamari

½ cupcoconut sugar
packed

½ tspground ginger

1 clovegarlic
minced

⅛ tspred pepper flakes

2 Tbspcornstarch

Step 1
If homemade: Preheat oven to 425° F.

Step 2
Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
Step 3
Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness until cooked through.

If using Applegate: Follow packaging directions.
Sauce
Step 5
Over medium high heat, add water, orange juice, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and tamari to saucepan. Stir.
Step 6
Stir in brown sugar, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic, and most of orange zest. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Step 7
In a small bowl mix together cornstarch and water. Stir slowly into sauce and then bring to boil for 1 minute.
Step 8
Let cool to thicken and serve
