Instructions

Step 1
Blanch pork: cover in pot of cold water, bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins
Step 2
Cut lotus root into slices
Step 3
Wash 5 red dates and half a cup of raw peanuts
Step 4
Put all ingredients with 3 bowls of water in slow cooker, add 2 tablespoons chicken stock
