Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauté pan, cook onions in olive oil over medium heat until onions begin to caramelize, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients except for salt and dill. Simmer until carrots are tender and most of liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Add salt and dill and mix well
