No Nut Baked Granola
My husband is allergic to nuts, so I developed a granola recipe that's easy and nut-free.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Spread out over one large, or two small, cookie sheets. Bake at 275 for 20 minutes, stirring once.
Step 2
Add coconut and dried fruit, and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
