If you love apple cider donuts your gonna love this bundt cake! It tastes exactly the same except it’s not fried and it’s so easy to make! Apple cider donuts are always a must whenever we go apple picking. Creating this apple cider doughnut Bundt cake I wanted to be sure to get all of the same flavors without the hassle of frying and shaping my own donuts so this Bundt cake was born and o boy is it a keeper! 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon not Meg 1 cup apple cider 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 box yellow cake mix 3 eggs 1 cup peeled shredded apples (sour apples work best like Granny Smith) 2 tablespoons melted butter 2 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1/2 cup sugar Peel slice and grate your apples squeeze them dry and set aside. In a separate bowl combine cake mix cinnamon nutmeg oil apple cider and eggs. Mix well to form cake batter and fold and shredded apples. Place batter into a Bundt pan sprayed with nonstick spray and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool it for 10 minutes then flip brush the entire cake with melted butter and top with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
